During theser visits, the mystery guest observes the store with particular attention to several aspects which Multi-Value has communicated to them beforehand. When their visit is over, they fill out a questionnaire via the internet. These visits do not only provide our clients with valuable information, but our mystery guests enjoy them too. The best of all is that you get paid for the mystery visits. Multi-Value will pay mystery guests between the €15,- and €35,- for each visit.
